Our Donation Model

HOPE club members will raise awareness and ultimately donations that support research to find a cure for Type 2 Neurofibromatosis, a devastating disease that affects thousands of kids and young adults worldwide. Sadly, this spontaneous disease can strike without warning. We must find a solution. That starts with HOPE!

Our club has a simple model to achieve this goal.  We hope to solicit gifts to an established non profit (NF2 BioSolutions) devoted to finding a cure for NF2 disease. All donations to this non profit will be acknowledged by a tax-free receipt sent to you directly by email from NF2 Biolsolutions.

If you simply forward that email and tax-free receipt to our club (HOPEinaction@gmail.com) then you have completed the first step in recieving your THANK YOU GIFT. Please provide in your email your prefered thank you gift which is defined by the size of your donation to NF2 Biosolutions as described below. If your preferred thank you gift is available, we will mail it to the address you provide in the same email that confirms your donation. Please lookout for a chance to display your donation on the NF2 Biosolutions Donor Wall where you can acknowledge to HOPE in Action.

HOPE in Action includes Newton students that have excelled at various art forms. They have contributed their own original art to this catalog. Our club members have also solicited gifts from friends and family to add to our collection of THANK YOU GIFTS. Included in our catalog of thank you gifts are original canvas paintings (produced by club members), ceramics (including museum quality pottery from the Southwest and Mexico), rare framed Indian paintings, framed reproductions of Japanese woodblock prints, small East Asian sculptures (stone, clay, wood and bone), and other exciting collectable items. HOPE club members are excited to provide these gifts of your choice within limits based on your generous donation to NF2 BioSolutions.

The Catalog photos attached include an apple to help judge their size and color. Items are labelled with an ID number and a letter referring to the donor gift. We will make every effort to thank you with the gift you most like depending on its availability or the closest available alternative. For our AAA and AA donors, note that you can enter your generous donations using the Custom Amount option at the NF2 BioSolutions Donate page.

AAA ~$9,999, AA ~$5000, A ~$1000, B ~$500, C ~$250, D ~$125, E ~$75, F ~$35
